Q: Is this product compatible with my vehicle
If your vehicle is equipped with a factory-installed wired CarPlay system, then this product is compatible.
However, please note that this product is not compatible with vehicles that only have a wireless CarPlay connection.

Q: Do I need to enter the WiFi password when connecting the adapter? When is the WiFi password used?
A: When connecting the adapter, you do not need to enter the WiFi password. You only need to enter the password when upgrading the firmware. (When the product is used correctly, please do not upgrade the firmware, which may affect your normal use. If you need any help, please do not hesitate to contact us:D )
Q: After the adapter is connected, the mobile phone Bluetooth shows disconnected?
A:Yes. This is normal, don't worry, after the adapter is successfully connected, data will be transmitted via WiFi, and the Bluetooth will show a disconnected status.
Q: Will there be any lag during use?
A: Since this type of product relies on Bluetooth transmission, you might experience a 0.5-1 second delay, which can also be affected by the surrounding signal environment. While this is a common issue for most adapters on the market, we acknowledge it and are actively working on continuous improvements to fully resolve it :)
Q: Could I charge my iPhone when I use the adapter?
A: Yes, the adapter is connected to the data transmission interface in the car and will not occupy the charging port, so it can be charged normally

A: Normally, when the car is off, the adapter enters sleep mode and uses minimal power, having little to no effect on the car battery. However, in rare cases, slight battery voltage drops or compatibility issues with some car models may lead to unexpected power drain.
Q:Whether a firmware upgrade is required before using the product, and when is a firmware upgrade required?
